These Terms & Conditions govern the use of arthurexperience.com and all bookings, purchases and participation in experiences organised by Arthurs by Arthur Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking depending on the experience. Payment details and deadlines will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific experience:

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for cancellations made close to the event date

If an event or experience is cancelled by us, customers will be offered either:

A full refund
A credit towards a future experience
An alternative booking option

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred outside of the booking itself, including travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Experience Changes

We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel experiences where necessary due to:

Safety concerns
Weather conditions
Venue restrictions
Operational or unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

5. Participant Responsibility

By attending an experience, you confirm that:

You are legally able to participate
The information you provide is accurate
You will behave respectfully towards staff, venues and other guests

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or disruptive without refund.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Unless explicitly included within the booking, travel, accommodation, visas and related arrangements remain the responsibility of the participant.

We are not liable for missed transport, delays or disruptions outside our control.

7. Photography & Media

Arthur Experience may capture photography and video content during experiences for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your image or likeness to appear in future promotional materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, visuals, graphics, videos and written materials remain the property of Arthurs by Arthur Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website unlawfully
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
Disrupt the functionality or security of the website

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.

10. Liability
